"Elite" Package - $160 (Salt Lake County only -  Monday thru Saturday)

1. Up to 8 strategically placed metal A-Frame Directional signs. 

2. An informational map indicating our placement of each Directional sign 

3. A 15 foot Open House Feather Flag installed in front of your listing 

4. Unique Open House Announcement Sidewalk sign placed in the front yard.

"Grand Package" - $180 (Salt Lake County only, Monday thru Saturday)

 What makes our Open Houses stand out from the rest?

Let us tell you more about our Unique Double-Sided Sidewalk Open House Announcement Sign. It's a great way to lengthen your exposure time to interested buyers!

"Sorry We Missed You" This side of our sign is set up well before your Open House begins and directs early arrivals to return during Open House Hours or to contact you directly via phone, email, or through your website. It also gives interested late-comers a way to contact you.

"Welcome to our Open House" This side of the sign lets potential clients know an Agent is on site and ready to assist them. They are welcomed to come on in, look around, and make an offer! All you have to do is flip the sign around! It's that easy!

Our 15 foot Feather Flag - This is certain to get attention! In addition to our Sidewalk Sign we will erect a 15 foot tall Open House Feather flag in bold Red, White and Blue colors! This bold flag will draw attention, and assist in directing people to your Open House.

Directional Signs - Our professional directional A-Frame signs display a blue background with "Open House" and Arrows to follow.

The "Premier Cooler"-  If you selected the Grand or the Premier package, we will place a cooler on the doorstep of your Open House. We use the cooler to keep everything chilled and to deter weather and animals from disturbing the contents.  Depending on the Package you selected, the Cooler will be filled with a map of all locations the Directional Signs were placed, Sign-in Sheets and Pen, Chilled Bottled Water, Cookies, and napkins, a Bag of Ice, a Decorative Ice Bucket, and our Shoe Cover package.  When you arrive just take the cooler inside the house and everything is at your fingertips. Once your Open House is over please gather up all non-perishable items, return them to the Cooler, and set it back outside for us to pick up.  We will even recycle those empty water bottles for you!

A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your Open House.
