By placing this order, you understand and agree to the following:
You agree to notify us for removal of posts on Sold, Cancelled, Withdrawn, Active-No Show, Off Market, or Expired listings in a timely manner, and are responsible for replacement costs of missing, stolen, or damaged equipment (excluding normal wear).
You understand that Listings where a post is installed for over six months will incur an additional renewal cost.
You have agreed that Premier Real Estate Post Services LLC is not responsible for any damages to sprinklers, water lines, utilities, etc. unless they have been clearly marked by Blue Stakes (utilities), and sprinklers, etc (clearly marked by Seller) and photos have been provided before the install.
You understand and agree that upon request to discontinue services, all current installs will be removed prior to pickup of your signage and lockboxes.
